Rum and Cocoa Daiquiri

This recipe is creamy, boozy, sweet and simply delightful, our Rum and Cocoa Daiquiri can be served on ice in the Summer months and with steamy chocolate milk in the winter. As easy to make as most of our cocktails and filled with common pantry items, this delicious dessert cocktail is meant for any day of the week.

Rum and Cocoa Daiquiri

Servings: 1

Time: 2 minutes

Ingredients

1 Tbsp Condensed Milk

1 Tbsp Heavy Cream

1 tsp Cocoa Powder

1 oz Spiced Rum

1 oz Cream Liqueur (such as Baileys, Kahlua, Amarula)

Pinch of Cayenne Pepper

Pinch of Cinnamon

Cocoa powder, cinnamon and sugar for the rim

Ice

Step-by-Step

1.       Wet the rim of a clean glass and dip it in the cinnamon, cocoa and sugar mixture.

2.       For the Summer: Blend all ingredients for a few seconds until smooth. Pour over ice.

3.       For the Winter: Warm condensed milk, cream, cocoa and spices in the microwave or in a small pot until warm, but not boiling. Stir in the liqueur and rum and serve warm.
