Perfect Hummus
Easy and delicious, goes well with pretty much anything and will last in your fridge for days, if you can stop yourself from eating it all in one night. Hummus is so straight forward that we`re not even writing a how-to guide, this one is going straight to simplified recipe.
Ingredients
1 Can Chickpeas
¼ Cup Fresh Lemon juice
2 Tbsp Tahini
1 Garlic Clove
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
½ Cup Water
½ tsp Salt
Paprika to garnish
Step-by-Step
1. Blend all ingredients (minus paprika) in a blender until smooth. Garnish with Paprika and serve with your favourite dipping vegetable or chip.
That`s it for today, if you have 5 minutes and $2 you can make beautiful delicious Hummus. Why ever buy processed Hummus again? It`s more expensive and does not taste nearly as good.
