Michelada
Caesar meets Light Beer in this recipe to make a classic Michelada, a.k.a. your new brunch hangover cure. A dash of tomato, a dash of spice and you have this deliciously savoury beer to enjoy on a nice warm day like today!

Ingredients
2 dashes Cholula (1 tsp)
2 dashes Worcestershire (1 tsp)
1 dash Light Soy Sauce (½ tsp)
1 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice (½-1 Lime)
2 Tbsp Tomato Juice (or Clamato)
1 Light Beer (We used Molson)
Lime wedge for garnish
Tajin for the rim (or a mix of equal parts cayenne powder, dried red pepper, fine salt and lemon zest)
Step-by-Step
1. Use the lemon wedge to wet the rim of your glass of choice and dip it in the Tajin mixture, place the lime wedge on the rim as well. Add a couple of ice cubes to your glass.
2. Mix Cholula, Worcestershire, soy sauce, lime juice and tomato juice in a separate glass and pour over the ice. Top it with the light beer, stir lightly and enjoy!
